CRICKET S. MYERS recently won the Drama Desk Award along with a Tony Award nomination for the sound design of Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo on Broadway. At the Colony she was Sound Designer on Colony productions of Travels with my Aunt, Shooting Star, Bell Book and Candle, Free Man of Color, Grace & Glorie, Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, Celadine, Better Angels, Visiting Mr. Green, Mary's Wedding, The Voice of the Prairie, "Master Harold" ...and the boys (NAACP Theatre Award nomination), Trying (Ovation nomination), Stage StruckI Have Before Me a Remarkable Document Given to Me by a Young Lady From Rwanda and Clutter. She was co-sound designer on Educating Rita.

Recent designs include Life Could Be A Dream (Hudson Theatre); The Marvelous Wonderettes (Westside Theater, NYC); Some Girl(s) and Emergency (Geffen Playhouse); Crowns, Orson’s Shadow (Pasadena Playhouse); Lieutenant of Inishmore, Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo, The Subject Was Roses, School of Night, Nightingale (Mark Taper Forum); The Wake, The Little Dog Laughed, Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo, Come Back, Little Sheba and Two Unrelated Plays (Kirk Douglas Theater); dark play or stories for boys (Boston Court); The Marvelous Wonderettes (El Portal); Impending Rupture of the Belly and Back of the Throat (Furious Theater). Cricket has been recognized by most of the major theatre awards in Los Angeles including 13 Ovation nominations.

She was a finalist for the TCG/NEA Career Development Grant and was named a "Young Designer to Watch" by Live Design magazine, April 2007, and an "Artist to Watch" by LA Stage Magazine, Sept 2007.
