The Colony Theatre provides many services to our patrons in an effort to attempt to enhance their theatrical experience.

Concessions

Refreshments are available a half hour prior to each performance, as well as during intermission of each show. We offer a variety of baked goods, as well as an assortment of candies and mints at our concessions counter, located in our spacious and comfortable lobby. Coffee, water and sodas are also available.

Special Services

As a strong supporter of the Burbank community, The Colony Theatre prides itself on its accessibility to all members of our audience. We make it our goal to cater to individuals with special needs and ensure that their viewing experience is just as memorable as anyone else's.

All public aspects of the theatre are wheelchair-accessible. These include the entrance ramps from the parking lot, an elevator between the two floors, and removable ground-level seats. Parking within the adjacent Burbank Town Center Parking Garage is also both safe and free, while providing easy, convenient access to our main entrance. (Note: Wheelchair reservations must be made in advance.)

Audio description services are available for our sight-impaired patrons on the second Saturday matinee of every production. In addition, Seeing Eye dogs are more than welcome in our building, to all shows. (Please contact the box office for more details on the audio description presentation of the current show)

Assisted listening devices are available at the box office for every show, free of charge. Just bring a driver's license with you for the box office to hold while you are enjoying the show.

Above all . . .

Our home is about what happens on the stage when the house lights fade, and you are drawn into that ancient, unique, remarkable, and magical experience that is live theatre. In a world that seems increasingly frantic and impersonal, we invite you to slow down, watch, and listen. Let us tell you marvelous stories, from the great classics that have shaped our civilization, to the old favorites of a generation ago, to the latest hit from New York or the regionals, to the brand new voice just beginning to be heard.

The Colony tradition will bring you performances that make you laugh and cry at the same time, that are joyous, compelling, and uplifting, that feature the widest range of comedies, dramas, and musicals, all presented with uncompromising professionalism.

Our 276 seat theater is spacious, yet intimate. Come join us!
