Submission Information

We do NOT accept:

• Full scripts, either printed or electronic, that have not been solicited by us. 
• Emails, phone calls, or mailings that describe plays or productions.

We DO accept:

The first 10 pages of a script, in professional format. These must be accompanied by:

1. A character breakdown, including number and gender of actors.
2. Technical requirements, including a description of the set.
3. A complete synopsis.
4. An addressed postcard, stamped envelope, or email address, for feedback.

Optionally, you may include:

• A cover letter.
• Your professional resumé.
• Any articles, reviews, or recommendations.
• A CD of songs, or sample lyrics, for a musical.

We are seeking:

Well-crafted, full-length plays of theatrical imagination and emotional resonance which treat universal human themes. Tell us a story, make us care, take us somewhere we've never been. While there are no restrictions on style or subject matter, realism is preferred. Fashionable cynicism, political correctness, and partisan screeds are most unwelcome.

We really need:

Small-cast shows, for four or fewer actors, with simple sets and minimal production requirements. This applies also to musicals, but please be aware that we cannot undertake producing original musicals at this time. We will consider plays that have been produced elsewhere, but not as yet in the Los Angeles area.
