He also has appeared at London's Dominion Theatre, where he starred in the worldwide hit musical extravaganza Notre Dame de Paris, reprising the role of Phoebus, the captain of the guard, which he originated in the American premiere production. Among other stage firsts, Mark created the starring role of Nelson in the World Premiere of the musical Men are From Mars, Women are from Venus. He also originated the role of Mikey in the long-running musical The Ballad of Little Mikey. Regionally, Mark has performed in Pippin, Hello Dolly, Godspell, Anything Goes, 1776, Cinderella, Count to Ten, and Where's Charlie? He recorded the role of Frank in the London Sinfonietta recording of Brigadoon. Mark's television credits include Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless. He sang in the USO kickoff
tour "United We Stand" at the Mandalay Bay Resort in November, 2001,
appearing with Wayne Newton, Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. He was
a featured performer at the 1999 Grand Opening of the Paris Las Vegas Resort,
appearing with Catherine Deneuve, Charles Aznavour, Michel Legrand, and
Line Renaud. Mark was born and raised in Jonesborough, Tennessee, the storytelling
capital of the world.
