Robert T. Kyle


Robert T. Kyle began working with The Colony as a freelance technician in 2003 and has been serving as the Colony's Technical Director since September 2004. After earning a certificate in Technical Theater from the Los Angeles Theater Academy in 2001 he spent one year working for the Burbank Unified School District as an Electronics Technician.

He has also freelanced as a technician at such local venues as A Noise Within, Los Angeles Theater Center, Ford Amphitheater, Kodak Theatre Ballroom, the Falcon, Rubicon, and the Hollywood Bowl. He has also worked for ELS on a number of world premiere movie events. Robert follows in his father’s footsteps as a Technical Director.
