Michelle DuffyMICHELLE DUFFY (Elena, Shooting Star) is very happy to return to The Colony where she last was seen, and directed by David Rose, in Our Country’s Good. Between then and now, she has appeared in over two dozen productions here and abroad.

Michelle starred as Pistache in Can-Can at the Pasadena Playhouse (Ovation Award, Lead Actress in a Musical), Dot/Marie in Sunday in the Park with George at Theatreworks (Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle Award), Stella in A Streetcar Named Desire at American Conservatory Theatre (Garland Award), Putting It Together at The Colony (Garland Award), and Catherine in Suddenly Last Summer at Berkeley Rep. She has also appeared on many southern California stages including world premieres at The Ahmanson (the musical Leap of Faith), Old Globe, La Jolla Playhouse, and South Coast Rep, as well as A Noise Within, South Bay Cities CLO, Musical Theatre West (Sweeney Todd, Ovation Award nomination), LATC, and La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts.

In Chicago, she appeared in three world premieres at The Goodman Theatre as well as My Children! My Africa! at the Wisdom Bridge Theatre, Blues in the Night at Northlight Theatre, and West Side Story at Drury Lane Theatre (Joseph Jefferson Award nominations for each), and elsewhere in the midwest at Cleveland Playhouse and Milwaukee Rep. Internationally, she has performed at Vienna’s English Theatre (Austria), Barbican Theatre (U.K.), Birmingham Rep (U.K.), and ACT Theatre Tokyo (Japan).

Her recent TV appearances include Desperate Housewives, House, The Closer, and Mad Men.
