Kurt Boetcher  

Kurt Boetcher (Scenic Design, Stage Struck) has designed sets for, among others, The Marvelous Wonderettes at the El  Portal, Music from a Sparkling Planet for the West Coast Ensemble, The Bacchae, Splendora, Play It  Cool, The Children’s Hour, Judy at the Stonewall Inn, & Four for Celebration Theatre where Kurt is the  resident set designer. 

Other design’s include The Id & Bob at the Lillian Theater, Bent at the Deaf  West Theater & The Celebration Theatre premier co-production of Ethen Morden’s Buddies.

Chicago credits include premiere productions of Meaningless, Just Wanderer, and Two Grooms & A Mohel for Bailiwick Repertory, as well as Street Scene, Natural Affection, and Unchanging Love for The Artistic  Home. 

Mr. Boetcher holds a BFA in Scenic Design from the Theatre School of DePaul University
